Scholarship program empowers military veterans to purse cybersecurity careers

CHANTILLY, Va. (August 21, 2018) — Engility Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EGL), in partnership with the Center for Cyber Safety and Education, has awarded cybersecurity scholarships to four deserving veterans.

“We are honored to welcome a new generation of cybersecurity professionals who will help our nation meet the challenges of the future,” said Lynn Dugle, Engility Chairman, President and CEO. “By selecting veterans as scholarship recipients, we tap the passion, experience and desire to serve our country embodied by our men and women in uniform, and we equip them for a career in a critical-need, high-demand field.”

To help meet the national need for qualified cybersecurity professionals, the scholarship program provides military veterans with career development opportunities, training and certifications in cybersecurity.
